Quorn
Ingredients
- 240g (1 packet) Quorn Cheese & Spinach Schnitzels
- 4 tbsp (60ml) olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely sliced
- 400g tin plum tomatoes, drained
- a small handful of basil leaves (optional)
- Sugar to season
- Salt and black pepper to season
Method
- Cook Quorn Cheese & Spinach Schnitzels according to the packet instructions.
- Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and cook gently for 3-4 minutes until it starts to stick to a spoon.
- Add the plum tomatoes, stir, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the tomatoes have broken down into a thick sauce.
- Season and stir through another tablespoon of olive oil and the basil, if using.
