Ingredients

  • 312g (1 packet) Quorn Chicken Style Fillets, defrosted & sliced into chunks
  • 3 tbsp (45ml) Tikka Masala curry paste
  • 150g low-fat Greek style yoghurt
  • 1 lime cut into 8 wedges

For the salad:

  • 1 red pepper, deseeded, griddled until charred and sliced into strips
  • 2 celery sticks, chopped
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) chopped fresh mint
  • 100 – 150g bag mixed salad leaves
